Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it into its original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
